what a weekend ahead

A long weekend for me starting with 18 holes this morning at Beadlow on the Baroness with a mate from work

Cinema tonight then a few brewski's

Golf tomorrow morning with my usual playing partners followed by a meal out and overnight hotel with my g/f

Sunday is my 40th birthday (noooooooooooooo) so back home for a meal out with my mum, kids and the g.f followed by Liverpool v Chelsea (and a few beers)

Monday will be mostly snoozing and resting my weary bones.

Not a bad weekend if I say so myself

I've got a blinder lined up as well. Out for dinner tonight, Matchplay Championship 3rd round Sat AM followed by another 18 holes practice after lunch. Taking my Mum out for dinner, followed by beers with a mate - then stableford comp Sun AM (must... not... drink... too... much).

Sunday afternoon watch Liverpool smash up Chelsea Woohoo!

golf was great today, 18 points me & 11 points m8 front 9 then my m8 went par, par, par, birdie, par, par, bogey, par, bogey for 25 points against my meagre 11

Cannot beilieve this weather, was playing in short sleeves for 10 holes!

Arnold, Beadlow was not too bad, could do with a bit of money spent on the course (bunkers mostly) but it was ok.

My aim this weekend is to not take anyone to the right off me with a beautifully controlled shank. Other than that, golf in the roll up, Heineken cup all afternoon and then hopefully a game on Sunday before getting the old mince pies tested in Boots. Life in the fast lane for me
