I have a Taylormade RBZ driver, just recently something has started to rattle about inside the head. Does anyone know what this can be and will it affect the shot?

Welcome.
Glue!
A bit of glue has broken off inside the bean.
Is the RBZ adjustable?
If it is you can take the shaft off and give the head a shake.

As already posted its likely to be glue...no need for concern as i5 won't impact on strength or playing charecteristics (but it can be a bit annoying!)

I've got the same thing with my 7 iron - which I can't be bothered to remove the grip to empty out and replace. So I know how annoying it can be!

I agree with the other prognosis. If you can't get the shaft off and the rattling annoys you (or a pro) can take the grip off and potentially get it out that way (and probably a good time to regrip)

If it is the version with an adjustable shaft-

Take the shaft out
Rattle the head, rattle the shaft and work out which one it's coming from.

If it is in the head then there is nothing you can do about it.

If it is the shaft then you can shake it out next time you have a grip fitted.

or it could be simply that the screw holding the shaft in pace is loose.

Had a bit of glue loose inside my M2 head, the supplier said(which I did), put the bottom of the head into a hot bowl of water for a while.

Solved my problem and hasn't come lose since.

Hope that helps.
