Weekly weigh-in

not a great week for me and have done alot of exercise

18st 5lb last week

18st 3lb today

dont expect great things this week as got golf trip up to machrihanish starting on thursday till sunday
 
Not checked in for a while, but since the "diet" started, I have gone from 16st 10 to 15 st 2...Should break the magic 15st barrier by the end of the week...Lovely..

Well done, great effort! I forgot to weigh myself this morning, wil do it tmrw mornig, don't think i'll have lost much :(
