wear on wedges...

im looking at a nike vr black satin wedge, is it normal for this type of club to have rust patches and loose its black finish?

I have the same wedges and they went rusty after about a week. There should be a sticker on the shaft explaining this.

I've got one of the older Nike wedges and the black finish hasn't rusted at all.

I also have a Mizuno one that has rusted/tarnished like mad but actually the finish looks good with the wear now, I think anyway.

im just a bit dubious about buying it at £32.50 as it looks like it has alot of wear:

The club doesn't seem to be bad at all, but the link I have gone to the club is currently at £5.50 bid, not £32.50.
