Just bought a set of Cobra FP's (blue) but the 3 iron is missing, wondered if anyone has a spare to sell? Looked on ebay but can't see any just a load of 6 irons for some bizarre reason.

Do a search on the lofts on your clubs. When I looked into cobra mainly the s2 forged and pro's , the lofts were very strong with a pw at 43* compared with the standard 47-49*
I reckon your 4i will be the same loft as a 3i

Cheers oddsocks not thought of that. When I tried them last week I was hitting my 4 the same distance as my old 3 so I think I might be ok actually but wanted the full set lol

no probs, it seems in the epic search for length length length, manufactures are pretty much out of new ideas so taking a 4i and bending it to a 3i means your:
A) hitting a 4i, 3i distance, IE longer, which everyone loves
B) effectively hitting an Oversize 3i, IE making it easier
im 100% this is why sets now come with 4i down as standard, effectively a 3i is now a 2i. if i go back to old old TM supersteels, im sure the PW was 50*, on the burners its 46*, and on the CB TP its 47* but on the cobra s2 it was 43, less than the 9I,
