Walker Cup Selections

Have just read an article in the Scotland on Sunday by John Huggan regarding team selections there's 7 English, 2 Scots and 1 Irish man why no Welsh do the Welsh have no one coming through the ranks.

Regarding the USA selection there is a bit of an outcry a said individual who has won nothing this year and who's father is top man at on of the largest golf manufactures was selected over a guy who's season was really good last 16 US Amateur and a couple of wins doesn't this just smell of corporate America all over and there clique country club boys and a couple od well known golf balls each.

Unlucky on Steven O'hara who was a stick on to play as well but just never made it.

Got to ask why Booth got in and O'hara didn't,Booth has done nothing this year with poor displays at key events,O'Hara for me deserved to be in.

My thoughts exactely Booths in on last years form where as O'Hara hsa played well all season and deserves to be in there's much better players than Booth who didn't get picked IMO.

From what I hear it is a wee case of 'faces that fit'.Bad craic if correct,form men should be in.
