Walker Cup team announced....

Interesting seeing this old thread, Rickie Fowler is the real success story of that US team, Peter Uihlein has done ok on European Tour I think. I've heard of Cameron Tringale too but he's lost his PGA tour card. Rest nowhere.

Had a look and Rickie played in '07 as well, alongside a certain Dustin Johnson. That '07 team is absolutely stacked. Rickie, DJ, Webb, Horschel, Lovemark, Stanley, Kirk and Knost.

The 09 team also had Bud Cauley who's on the PGA Tour, and Brian Harman who is excellent and was in contention in the '17 US Open and is a multiple PGA Tour winner.

GB&I team had Matt Haines, local lad from my neck of the woods had the pleasure to tee it up with him a couple of times few years back.

Was the youngest winner of the Lyhtam trophy, went into finish 2nd on Challenge tour OOM and played 2011 on the ET, didn't keep his card but then had another 4 years I think on Challenge tour not sure what's he been upto since then. But phenomenonal player yet shows the difference in that level.to really top-level

Chris Paisley has done well , won this season on the ET and some good finishes

Tailed off a little when he went over to states but think he might have squeezed into the PGA via the Web.com champs

Sam Hutsby has had a few comps on the ET but mainly on the challenge tour
Hutsby has been on main tour for a few years as he was successful in tour school twice (2nd twice I think). Struggling around now though
