What do I need to do for to install a VPN?

Wanting to pay for a stream but for an extra £2 a month I can get the "international" package which will give me every game live. I have been told to install a VPN and then subscribe for the international package.

You don't need to do anything specific (or anything different to installing most other software). Choose a provider, download and install then configure.

Best to choose one with live support in case you run in to problems (so not NordVPN).

I use ExpressVPN, largely because it does what every other VPN does, has fast servers and has superb live help.

They aren't cheap though and there are few, if any, free ones (that would be of any good). I paid $100 for a year but can't argue with the results.

Just pick one, install it and then forget it.

I bought NordVPN a few weeks ago, a third of the price of ExpressVPN. I had a free trial of both and couldn’t see any difference. Not sure re your comment about lack of live support - Nord has live chat and it worked fine the only time I had to ask them a question.

Each to their own. Nord didn't fit my use case. Don't need 6 devices and when I started using VPNs, Nord didn't have a live support.

There are plenty out there to choose from.

We use Express VPN as we are away abroad quite a bit and it is excellent.

How do I get the link for the football and is it difficult to set up? Can it be sorted so that I can watch on my TV rather than IPad?

Do I say I am abroad?
I am not the most computer savvy person!

Thanks for your help

There are loads out there, personally, I would choose between Nord and PIA, but it's a pretty individual depending on what you need.

The best one imo is Private internet access $38 a year I believe I pay .. up to 5 devices online at the same time.

Servers all over the world so great if your away from home and want to watch iPlayer on your tablet just put yourself back in the uk 🇬🇧

Sorry, can't help with using it to get streams. Primary use for me is security of data and access control.

I know what a VPN is, but what are you using it for.

I know at least a couple of you are honourable gentleman so assume it isn't for untraceable access to

Donkeyporn.com
Or
Primatesinpanties.ru

And so on
