Totally unfair and needs raising. Definitely not sour grapes or bad loser syndrome but it's not a level playing field as is

I am not sure how everyone else feels about it to be honest as I haven't spoken to anyone. I am not even sure if anyone else has realised. I did mention it to one guy a couple of weeks ago and he said tough luck play the course as it is on the day.
The other issue is that the hole we played are different.
The 12 holes include 1-9 and 16,17,18. When its 15 it is 1-15 so they cant just take off the 3 holes. I thought it was fair to do the average per hole and then multiply by 3 and take that away.
I have to say I'm glad everyone agrees that it is unfair as I was worried to kick up a fuss for a winter league. I also think this is the first thread I have seen where everyone agrees :whoo:

How anyone can explain to me that it is fair to have a comp where all competitors have 10 X 12 holes. And a couple of 15 holes. But other competitors play 11x 12 holes and 1 X 15.
At the very least I would expect to play the same amount of holes. So I would ask if you and PP can play a 15 hole round and drop a 12 hole score. If the answer is no. Collect £35 as runner up, tell the organiser to shove the rest where the sun don't shine and tell him when he pulls it out to stick it in the captains hand and to explain why and where this money has come from and to donate it to the captains charity.

looking like the course is going to be closed tomorrow so doubt ill speak to them then either.

I don't actually have the guys number. It's not ran by the club so I don't know how to get it.
So far I've only been emailing the organiser but I think the next email will be sent to all participants.
