Went out for an early morning knock yesterday, but a swindle had a shot gun start off the first four tees so the course was jammed.
I decided to hit the practice area instead.
When putting on part of our practice green (..Which slopes from to back) I noticed that one foot was further up the slope than the other giving me an uneven stance (... Tilted away from the hole).
This felt like my weight unevenly distributed as opposed to a flat lie and stance.
As an aside, it's actually quite a good test as it mirrors the slope on one of the course holes pretty well.
I now when pitching, you're supposed to lean with the slope when making a stroke.
Is it the same with putting?
Any thoughts and/or opinions always appreciated
