Does anyone know ,if I buy tickets for Saturday and Sunday, do I need to get kids tickets for my 2 boys, aged 10 and 8? Or because they are free, they don't actually need tickets?

Thanks Luke

Thanks, just can't see any kids tickets when trying to buy my ticket through resellers ...

Think might just go to the Scottish open instead.

Thanks Luke

You still need a ticket for kids even though there free, I went this year without a ticket for my son and I had to walk back to a office and they printed one out for me.

Yeah, it's cheaper as well... My 2 boys are just getting into golf and think it will be a nice weekend for them...
Can confirm my youngest was similar age and had a great day last year - mainly enjoyed hanging over ropes forcing pro golfers she recognised to high-5 her by her determined but cute stare 😁. First 2 days not too crowded at all - any group that’s not Rory they be able to will see plenty rather than the backs of tall people. We are going back for a 4 day trip this yr mixing watching good golf with playing some very much more average golf 🤣.

Where do you live?
I've found the open final qualifiers are often great to watch, no crowds, good courses.
Or the US open qualifier at Walton Heath.
Both free of charge as well.
