Ugliness, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder so I would have to say any Hybrid.

Certainly they are effective but I just don't think I have ever seen one that does not offend my eye.

I liked the Anser irons as well! However my g20 hybrid isn't the prettiest, but it will never leave my bag!
