I have to say of he's been banned for his items for sale then others should have had a ban in the past also, if the rules are the rules then they should be applied to everyone and not selected posters.

Had a look, he has exceeded the automatic ban threshold of 10 points through several different infractions, this as I said is automatic and includes a week off.
