Afternoon all ,

My 12 year old would like a TV (wall mounted) in his bedroom for Christmas, not after spending a fortune but needs to be suitable for sky and games console. Any ideas on decent ones to look at that won't break the bank.

Cheers

When I wanted a really cheap one I bought a Seiki from Currys.

My lounge one is a factory refurb Panasonic bought via ebay.

It's always worth a look at factory refurbs on ebay they normally come with full warranty.

I thought that wall mounts are standard (vesa) fitting on the TVs these days and the mounting brackets are bought separately to the TV.

Take a look at hisence seem to be a lot of bang for your Buck, some of the cheaper sets like alba, selik are made by and with same parts as the popular brands like Samsung ect, the refurb option like above is a decent way to go
