trying to renew gm subscription

got my renewal notice in the post. decent offer 25% off if I pay by 6-monthly dd. the notice says you can renew online - you can't - the sites down; by phone - no good the dd offer doesn't apply only the 1, 2 or 3 years in full. stuck with the mail.

sorry to hear you're having trouble placing the subs order

I have been told by our subs dept that its a company wide problem on our subs site to do with security so to be on the safe side they have shut it down temporarily - should be back up next week

One alternative to the 25% off is that we have a special offer that will run in magazine only for the February and March issues where if you subscribe for a year you get not only 10% off the RRP but you also get both our Top25 coaches DVDs for free which would normally retail at £25 for the pair

I'm lucky my wife renews my subscription as necessary every year as part of my christmas. That way christmas lasts twelve months!
