He's just the biggest, stupidest, and greatest brass-necked liar that the US presidency has ever seen (well if he ever accepted he lied - he would demand to be so described - no mere rare and out-of-character liar for Trump ) - he knocks Nixon's efforts into a cocked hat. I think Abbott is more a clever but tangle-tongued bumbler than a liar.
