ok ive got TT Dynalite Gold XP R300 in my mizzy mx200 irons. ive aquired a 6 iron with the same shaft but S300. and what a difference a lower flight and tighter dispersion. so im looking to replace my shafts as cheaply as possible. but cant find the same spec cheaply.

so ive two options TT Dynamic Gold High Launch S300 (which according to gamola are a like for like)
or TT Dynamic Gold XP S300.
they are both about the same weight but different launch.
if im happy with the new launch of the 6 iron will there be a big difference between the two.
hope ive explained that properly, thanks

The HL and XP shafts are pretty similar to each other, being soft tip versions of S300 although they play a bit softer, although both would still be stiffer and heavier than the Dynalite XP in R flex.

I would have thought you could obtain a Dynalite Gold XP R flex, though.

Or you could buy this and pull the shaft:

would there be a BIG difference between the Dynamic Gold S300 and Dynalite Gold Xp S300. when i hit the new 6 iron there was a big difference to my R shafts and im scared to go straight to DG S300 as its a mid flight which to me may mean very low

Depends on the player, but the S300 will be heavier and lower launch, so in some cases, yes there will be a lot of difference. If you have a 5 and 7 iron in XP R300 and these suit you well, and you add a 6 iron in S300, I think you will notice a big enough difference to potentially create problems.

I moved from TM's T-Step shaft (90g) to R300 (127g) and the first thing I noticed was a much lower flight, but, surprisingly, longer (I assume down to lower spin??).

I have R300 in my irons 5-PW but have S300 in 3 and 4 irons and get, roughly, the same flight, perhaps a tad lower.

Like Ethan says, it depends on the player and their swing. The fact I can hit both probably puts mys swing speed (Coupled with other factors) on the border between R300 and S300. Given the choice I would always play the softer of the two, just for the added extra help when I'm not swinging too well.
