Training aid question

I have a leadbetter swing trainer I bought many moons ago. I've not really used it for many years but got it out a couple of weeks ago. Well it has certainly helped with my ball striking recently, after a session on the range I did notice that after about 10 balls my swing slowly goes back into it's older ways and becomes a bit lazy, along with my mind. So a couple more swings with the trainer puts it back on track.

My question is can I use between holes? It has a moulded training grip so even more trouble.

I don't think so, would constitute practicing on the course wouldn't it..?

Didn't an American woman get pinged recently for using a swing aid while waiting for the group ahead. Think she had a weight she added to her club. It appears from this that you can't use training aids on the course.

I'm sure someone was DQ'd at the open in 2010 for using a weighted club during a wind delay too.
