I was removing the rain hood from my Titleist Sta-dry bag, and the hood came off, but one of the press-stud tore from the canvas and remained stuck to the bag.

Emailed customer service to see if they sold replacement hoods and how much they were. A day later and a reply: please give us your address and we will send you one free of charge.

Great work by Titlest.

Quick question how did you get the press stud out, mine is stuck in my hole.

I broke a leg on my stadry bag (closed it in the boot of car) it was just outside warranty and I phoned to ask if I could buy a leg and explained the situation.

They instructed me to take it to my nearest dealer to arrange a replacement bag no charge.

They may be expensive but their after service is awesome.
