I tweeted bushnell tonight at 430pm about my case that I attach to my bag to carry my bushnell the stitching has Coe away an I was wondering where I could purchase another an the reply I got was can you follow us on twitter so we can send you a direct message which contained the following please send your contact address as we will send you a brand new case free of charge all within an hour of my tweet

Can't thank them enough and there customer service is the best I have ever had
