Pleased to report that I won my club championship yesterday.

Appalling conditions but we got round with guys sqeegying the greens.

I started badly and basically gave the first two holes away but gradually steadied things and managed to win 4&3.

Some good golf played by both of us and classic matchplay at the 160 yard 8th where I have a 5 footer for birdie I end up needing to hole for a half after my opponent holes from a greenside bunker.

Dead chuffed but head a little delicate today!
