Me and HiD must be the last two people on the planet to become Friends fans.

.

Possibly not the last Johnny as mine and I have never seen it ever, so you never know. I also have never seen a whole episode of Casualty, Holby City, or any of the American series of anything!

With you on Holby & Casualty Chris, never watched either, but if you like a sharp witty gag-a-line comedy then give Friends a whirl.

Tried it once back when it was on first time and for some inexplicable reason dismissed it as rubbish.👀

However watching it all back on Comedy Central this last year has been great for us.

Some of the sharpest funniest scripts I've ever watched.

Friends is brilliant - watched it from day one , gave them all on DVD - could watch any episode at any time - love it

On TV?
There are so many channels these days and they have to be filled which cant be cheap.
Unless the programmers buy cheap programs.
So we end up with
repeats from the 70s,
films from the 50s,
cookery and DIY
celebrity/reality
soaps
talent shows
not to mention the constant stream of American drivel

And there's still nothing on the tele

As I said before, I watch more You tube videos than I do tv.

You may have forgotten
The two Ronnies
Morecambe and Wise
Minder
Carry on films
The Good Life
Porridge
Dads Army
Fawlty Towers
Allo Allo
Alas Smith and Jones
etc

In reality.... they were all crap.

I wouldn't watch repeats of them nowadays. Game of Thrones however......

(You forgot 'it ain't half hot Mum' and 'Are you being served?') :D
