Had a weather delay in the comp this morning at about 08:15 due to thunder and lightning. Played the front nine in pouring rain but the sun came out when we were on the 12th. Ironically, I played great in the rain, and rubbish in the sun

I just played rubbish. It didn't help that the group due off in front of us were late getting back for the restart and the marshall put us out in front. No chance to putt, swing a club or anything. Felt totally rushed and snap hook into the pond. The day didn't improve

played at 8.45, lovely warm day no wind.........played good, putted great, short game good, not a good score but ok- rain started about 1pm and got heavier for hours- Comp Cancelled

Had thunder about 830 and threw it down about 1030 until 1200 then a lovely sunny afternoon. Unfortunatley I finished at 1215!

Blue skies, bright & sunny here, very little wind, very warm and could be scorcher as the day progresses, perfect golfing weather but unfortunately not for me

Mixture today, blue skies then overcast but great golfing weather, BB Open at Melton Mowbray today, poor finish but in the clubhouse the score chart showed quite a few teams below us

Pouring with rain here this morning, it was bright earlier when I managed to get Max out quickly for a walk but now its full-on heavy rain, although it looks bright on the horizon.

Got a few things to do like fix the wife's car that wouldn't start this morning, pack a few items I've sold and drop them off then its offski to the course
