As far as I can tell the M2 hybrid doesn't have an adjustable hosel - is this correct?

Wanted to stay with TM but cant justify the price of the M1 hybrids - was planning on getting a 19 degree and adjusting +- 1.5 degrees to suit

You can get brand new r15 hybrids on ebay for under 100.
