I used the pro v 1 last year as I got 3 boxes of the 2008 ball for 75 quid. Anyway I used the v1x last 2 rounds and it has been excellent, so good that I have considered selling the remaining 2 boxes of v1's as they may just gather dust!!

ProV1x and NXT Tour recommended for me. As others have said I'd never have considered either ball!
I would have thought the NXT Tour would be too hard for me such that I would get no compression on the core and therefore no distance! I suspect the same applies to the ProV1x. Only time will tell who's right

Same as the majority it seems Prov 1 and the Prov 1x. I thought the pro v1x was for quicker swing speeds which is why I've never bothered as I didn't think I could compress it enough to work so that will be an interesting experiment when they arrive.

They are giving us free balls, they are hardly going to make a whole fitting system aswelll because it is all money out of their pocket so i agree with ^^ Swinger ^^ it wasn't really a fitting just a guidance.

Got 2 e-mails did the test and went for ProV1 and ProV1x.
Seemed a bit of a lazy fitting, should have had something about club speed and distance with the different clubs.

Maybe I missed something or did it wrong but couldn't you just email them back stating whatever ball you wanted regardless to what the hi-tec ball fitting crap said..?
