They spend a couple of quid on balls and have at least 2500 potential customers with addresses and emails.

Tried emailing my details as per instructions but email kept failing.

Its a different email address from the one you received the email asking you to do the online fitting, so if you just click REPLY and send your details it wont be delivered. It tells you in the email to send it to another address, which is ballselection@acushnetgolf.com

Send your details to that address

It was only an offer to the first 2500 that applied so maybe after that number they stopped emails coming in to that adddress. Cant think of any other reason for it not to be delivered when everyone elses seems to have got through ok
