Titleist Ball Personalisation

Just thought I would post a quick comment about this service as it is the first time I have used it.

To start with, it is a great idea. My brother wanted golf balls for Xmas and being able to add a bit of personalisation on them just makes it a bit different as a present. Ordering was simple, all you need to do is fill in an online form and Titleist dispatch them to your pro shop for payment and so your local pro still makes some money on your purchase. You have up to 3 lines of text and up to 17 characters per line to there is plenty of room to put whatever message you want. My order went in and they were in the pro shop within a week. You even get a free ball marker with every box.

The only downside is that you do not get an email to confirm when they had arrived. This was not a problem for me as I am in the pro shop every weekend but could be an issue if someone who is not a member at the club orders them.

Overall, this service is just a nice touch from Titleist. It does not cost any extra and makes what can be an uninspiring Christmas present a bit more personal.

Just the free personalisation and a free ball marker this year. Still, being the tight git that I am, at least it meant I could buy my brother's Xmas present with pro shop vouchers.
