Well, I borrowed a demo 910 D2 today and must say I was well impressed. Fitted with the Diamana 'ilima 61 Stiff shaft I hit every fairway I used it on. I will be booking a custom fit this week and will hopefully have one in the bag before long. Happy days! :D

I suppose it is a matter of preference. When I bought my AP2s at the beginning of this year I tried the 909s and I could not hit a barn door with either the D2, D3 or Comp which is a bit of a shame as you can now pick one up, brand new, for around £150. Having said that a friend who also bought AP2s at the same time as me bought the 909 D2 and loves it.

Adjustable hosel, better than the Taylor Made version, and a range of excellent stock shafts. The 909 is a pretty good driver which I have, but I will be looking seriously at the 910 in a Project X graphite.

£299 seems standard for a stock shaft at the moment, will clearly get cheaper post xmas but if you cant wait it looks like being full price. personally trying to wait till feb but not sure it will happen lol

Hi, Can you please tell us how it is better than the Taylormade version as I am keen to know.

Because you can adjust the clubface orientation (open/closed) shape without affecting loft, and vice versa. In the TM, if you open the face, you deloft it.

The range of shafts is tremendous too. See http://www.titleist.com/images/products/pdfs/910_drivers.pdf

Very interesting.......I think I will have a demo of the 910 D3 8.5 degree and see what I think of it and try and get a comparison test with my TM Superdeep 8.5 degree :)
