I'd love the ap2's but if I was to change irons I'd personally go with the MP-18 MCC

i went forwards and backwards on these two clubs again and again. both performed identical. i went for the ap2 purely because i got them at trade. the mizuno are more expensive at rrp too!

So are the AP3 a high launching club?
They are very nice but very expensive though, what's the reason for them being cast? I thought most "players" irons were forged

Yes the AP3 launch high with strong lofts but no different than a Apex or M1/2. The cast head still feels nice and they look great behind the ball.
High launch, steep land angle more birdies.
