Great to see Tiger back,and playing well.
I for one am very pleased to see him back,and cant wait until the major,
where Tiger,Rory,Lee Westwood,Luke,Segio etc are going down the stretch

i just checked the scoring expecting some of the other guys to have played well and was surrpised no one else took the lead.i'm very happy he is in the lead and hopefully he can take it to them and play even better over the next 2 days and win,that might shut a few people up but tbh i doubt it.
He was briefly joint leader at -8, nick watney had an eagle early in his round to go -8 also but then fell away a few holes later.

Good on you Tiger, golf is a better place with you. The way I sum it up is, would I pay my hard earned money to watch him. The answer is a resounding YES I WOULD. That says it all. Would I pay to watch Leftie now, NOPE!
Tiger is an amazing athlete, best golfer I've ever witnessed, hate to say it but he's better than the magician that was Seve, there is no shot that Tiger can't pull off.

IF (a very big if) this is Tiger on his way back to anywhere near his best then that is fantastic. The more quality players, regardless of their name, pushing each other on at the top of tournaments can only be a good thing in my book.

The guy is just a wonderful, outrageously great and a one-off golfer - what he does in his private life I don’t care about and not interested in to be honest.

He’s been beavering away back home, he may be a little rusty but being at the top at the 1/2 way stage he’ll know how close out a tourn.
