Fancy having a press conference during one of the seasons biggest tornaments!! I wouldnt have minded on Monday but during the WMP on Friday? I know he and his poor agent think they can get back at Accenture, really it just shows Tiger is still out of control with regards his career. Any normal person who had done this would respect the golf world and the links to it, no TW has to capitalise his abuse of his wife and children to get the upper hand over a company who dropped a cheat.

I hope he never returns and if he does drops like a stone in the rankings which he deserves, that said now even after all the hype and some support he still lets business control his life. I doubt his wife will forgive such a plastic person.

I think good on him for trying to do the right thing. He knows that what he does affects so many people especially his family, his puplic image influences so many children. He's a role model and needs to change to become worthy of that responsibility. I hope he comes back to golf soon.

I am sure he said he was embarrassed of his "selfish behaviour" Yet organises a press conference during a big comp.

I don't know how others feel but i didn't think it detracted from the Matchplay event, i'm still watching it and enjoying the tournament.
Golf is poorer for his absence, viewing figures and spectator attendance is down when he doesn't play. There are some great players on tour, but without Tiger, i just feel that something is missing.

I have to say what he said shows he is not thinking golf he is trying to put things right and the media and the world should let him that was a heart felt apology.

As for the fact it is in the middle of a tournament so what. its not as if the golf was on the telly when he was making his statement.

I am pleased he made it clear he was not on performace enhancing drugs.

Err not been given millions in cash to be a family person. I just wish Accenture could sue him. Its not just Accenture though, what about the players in the comp, they are very pissed off with TW for doing this. TW as I have said before will never be one of the greats, the greats know how to treat their fans and colleagues.
