What do you believe his religion is?

By all accounts, he is a pretty messed up individual. At various times he has said he wanted to fight for and against ISIS, he has a big weed habit, selling as well as using, lives whisky, just out of jail for shoplifting and threatening a security guard with a broken wine bottle. He has also claimed to be a Christian and has tattoos of crosses. He certainly doesn't fit the classic Muslim terrorist profile.

Three die in Cumbria after being hit by a car driven by a 47yr old held on suspicion of drink-driving and dangerous driving...

And three die in Reading after being attacked by a knifeman in a suspected terrorist attack.

I really don't know what to think of the way these two terrible events of this weekend have been and are being covered.

Of course I know the difference in background and context - but the very important similarity for me is that, in both, three people died. Yet one seems to matter more than the other, and in terms of human tragedy to me they are the same. I just find the difference in coverage quite striking.

Maybe we have just become inured to the former.

What is your problem with this. All these people are dead in tragic circumstances that have been reported in the media, why is the priority the press use to report these deaths of any interest to you. News papers have their own agendas but surely all we need to know are the facts as they emerge.

I have no 'problem', I am simply observing and asking about the difference in the coverage the two separate incidents seemed to have merited given that both resulted in the deaths of three innocent members of the public.
