Got mine today. Had a quick browse and noticed article on Colt's hidden gems. How does Stoke Park qualify though ? I know it has changed its name from Stoke Poges, but a 'hidden' gem. It has one of the best known clubhouses around, the golf in Gold Finger was filmed there, and its £145 a round. Quite expensive for a hidden gem.:mmm:
Somewhere like Goring and Streatley would be a much better choice (in my opinion

I arrived home and found mine on the side in kitchen along with my dozen Bridgestone's that were on the offer when I signed up last month. Stood next to my newly delivered first ever subscription copy and balls was HID doing that folded arms foot tapping thing women do when they are in a mood, all I could at was "oh yeah forgot to mention I bought a subscription to the mag".
She got over it quickly when I told her the balls were a freebie and she realised me sitting here reading it meant I wouldn't be moaning about yet more soaps on tv!
On the Stoke Park thing didn't they Also film scenes from Layer Cake there! Hardly a hidden gem which it's in films and well know. Throughout golfing circles!
