Did anyone watch this last night? this is one crazy program and a a bit near the bone,the rape at the end was madness.
And the guy was a ringer for Clark Gable

It's a very good show and a worthy successor to the film imo. It can go from brilliantly funny (Clark Gable, the fight scene) to the bone chilling harrow (the rape scene) so seamlessly.

Really good series so far (as was the film).

Think it will get even darker now that Combo has returned.

Such an oddball cast, funny how you can really warm to them then be repulsed by them within the same show. Good stuff.

Yeah, I posted about this before the series started and i'm a Shane Meadows fan. I actually thought that being made for t.v it would be a bit mellower and more lighthearted but as with most of his work as someone already pointed out it goes from the hilarious to the harrowing. Shame it's only a four parter as it's just starting to get going now.

I haven't watched it yet but I will as some of it was filmed in my grandmother's house in Sheffield! Honest!

I watched the first one of the series and forgot that it was on. I guess it's too late to catch up with the rest of the series now on iplayer thing.
