Was showing over 36 degrees when i left the gym in Newark about 2 hours ago. Sadly was about 50 degrees inside the place as the air con had packed in 😕

Thank god for a dip in the pool after a workout.

Since last summer I've gained a whole lot of metal in my right leg/ankle... The heat today has made it the single most uncomfortable day I can remember... Sorry to be a party pooper but here's hoping that's the last of the super heat this year...

It's nights like these I hope my kids will remember when they're older. We sent them up to bed and then called them back down stairs to come out and watch the incredible storm we're in the middle of. Loved looking at their faces as they looked up at the sky watching the lightning.
