The V-Easy

Bob

cool was about to ask about it yesterday before this post went up.

Does it tell you how far to stand from the ball for each club? (I have read the website but I'm still unclear) cause this is something I struggle with.

Bob, have you considered approaching any pros to endorse the product? Or does that come later?

Not yet, but I do know someone who works with some of the tour players and he said he will be using it in his teaching. So hopefully, a few photos will appear soon :D :D :D

I'm afraid not. The markings down the shaft run parallel on each rod, so it shows you when you are aiming straight.

If you are having problems with the distance, try this...

Stand up straight with the club out in front of you pointing at the sky.Soften your knees.Bend from the hips and lower the club at the same time until the club touches the ground, that should give you the position for that club.
Ideally, your arms should be hanging down from your shoulders and be about 2-3 inches forward of vertical looking from down the line

.......and this is why you are such a valuable member to this forum. I for one wish you every success with this Bob and hope that it sells by the lorry load for you.

I will be buying one as I think that it is a very good invention. Personally my chipping is very good and my putting not too bad (especially since I bought the Ping Karsten Anser after your recommendation!), but i really struggle with alignment which is why I shall be be buying one.

Thank you PPE.
I just want everyone to play better golf and to enjoy it as much as I still do.
I played 9 holes yesterday and had to borrow Jans (gf) Ping G10 driver with 12 deg of loft and a soft regular shaft.
Had great fun hitting it about 280 down the middle.
Who needs fitting to 100th of a mile per hour. :)

I take it its P.K who is the putting teaching pro with the tour players Bob!!
Yes, he saw the V-Easy when I first took it to Yes.
He tried it on the SAM and was impressed with the results.
He said he will use it in his teaching :)

Your onto a winner then big time Bob.

Phil is working with Stenson,Kaymer,Harrington amongst many more.

He is on 2% of there earnings as well

Just need one of them to love the V Easy and yer off to roads paved with gold :D

Bob.

After all the (tongue in cheek) ribbing from me over the last 6 months over the Veasy, I really hope that this works out for you. I won't be asking for 'mates rates', as I know how difficult it is to make a margin in these times. If you wish to give forum members a discount, I'll leave that up to you.

As a suggestion, are you bringing any to The Belfry with you. I think it might be an ideal opportunity for all o us to see it in 'person'. Who knows some may even part with some cash! Or does that go against your agreement with 'Yes'? Or even upset the pro shop at the Belfry?

Mind you. It won't hurt them if they don't know about it!

It's just that I'd rather give you the cash directly, than give it to the AGs of this world, and maybe even for a bit less!! God, I'm a hypocryt!!

Seriously though. All the best with it.

Hapless, a brilliant idea, but dont know if i will be going.
It will be for sale on my website by then so maybe a few who are going will have one to show off and possibly rent out for a reasonable price. ;)
Homer might even get a second hand one cheaply :D :D :D Just kidding HJS

C.Hacker, you asked about an instructional DVD to go with it?
I did consider this, but
1. There would be extra time and cost involved
2. It would take the cost over £20
3. It doesn't need it.

A few pictures on the box and a booklet inside is more than enough instruction for it.

Once you try it, you'll see how easy it is to use.... in fact Very Easy :)

Bob
I know when you played at my gaff that you said it was for your retirement but..... I think you ought to treat yourself to a couple of your own clubs first ;)

Bob. As a legend on this site and having given so much advice to so many people on here. How can you not be there?

If it's cost, maybe you could help cover the cost by holding a group 'putting workshop' before the first round! Oh, and that'll be an ideal oppo to sell your product.

True, I was thinking about Wentworth and Sunningdale
:D

Unfortunately I have other fiscal priorities to attend to first like banks and building societies.

Does anyone know how much it costs to get a patent written?........... I do now :(
