Usually a push is a slightly in to out swing path with the clubhead square to the swingpath (not the target). This may be due to either of your swingpath having changed slightly or your alignment to be out, whats causing those could be a variety of things

You're coming from inside with an open face. It's hard to say, and this is just my opinion, but maybe you're not releasing the club properly.

I get this shot from time to time when i don't fully complete the follow through. For that reason i really continue through it until i've rotated my whole body to face target. Try and get the club over your right shopulder at the end of the swing, or as far as you comfortably can.
