I know 90% probably don't give a Harry Redknapp but I have just got back from thee best lesson ever! I am definitely a 50/50 golfer but today came out at the top of my game! Genuinely can't wait to hit the range tomorrow... An come back crying!

Maybe turning a corner!

Oh and to the guys who said keep the faith and do what your pro keeps telling you... Even if you can't hit a thing you were exactly right few tweaks and after adding a change to the down swing it's all coming together!

Had a lesson last night. He wanted to make a few changes which I wasn't overly happy about as it was moving away from what we'd already worked on. Still I duly made the changes and spent several hours on the drills. Very unhappy with everything about it and went back to him this afternoon and said Plan A was better. Went and hit a few tonight with the orignal swing changes we worked on and was much happier.

I know why he said what he said and even understood how it should work but couldn't connect between brain and clubhead. Still we'll see for sure tomorrow when I hit the course for the first time in a month. Either way the poor bloke is on a hiding to nothing as we're tackling my real nemesis the short game a week on Monday. He may have taken early retirement by Tuesday trying to fix that pandoras box
