no def 4.03am as that gives time for shower and dressed before the 'continental breakfast' served at 4.45am in the main buffet lounge cum dining room:smirk:

9.47PM as excitement/adrenalin high so only require a max 6 hrs sleep, plus it takes nearly an hour to drop off the night before a Major (little known fact)
