The Masters - Winners Meal

In response to the haggis, I would treat the guests to some Norwegian specialties:
Starter: Rakfisk - fermented trout with raw red onion, dill and sour cream.

Main: Smalahove - charred and boiled sheepshead with mash.

Dessert: Fresh strawberries with milk and sugar.

Good job no Norwegian is likely to win the Masters for a while.:thup:

On a more serious note from my Berni menu

Deep-fried Baby Camembert served on a bed of Raspberry Coulis
Pan-fried Venison Medallions served with Red Wine, Onion & Bacon gravy
Stem ginger tart and creme anglaise

Dessert ~ Truculent Novice & The Mother Superior's Wet Wimples.

I had this at The Fat Duck last year and cooked by Heston himself no less, believe me it is to die for. It's off his pseudo-drivel taster menu I seem to recall. :D
