The GM Tiger Woods Open

Follwing previous post regarding Xbox and the idea of a comp.. i thought i would make a post to try organise it

So heres what i propose..

State if you want to play in this compertion and what console you have (*NOTE* you'l obviously need a console which is has xbox live or equvilent) With your user mane/game tag also

Also which version of woods you have so we can try match people up who play which version on which console.. ect!

If we can do this then arrange the pairs in order to play with each other.. if successful some of the game criteria i suggest would be

Course - Probably St Andrews or Pebble Beach as these are courses every will have with out unlocking them any other suggesstions plase comment but be aware we all need to have the same course

Settings - Preview lines are ok for putting but only to be used once.. however

Over 2 rounds?
Pin select - Hard
Rough - Long
Greens - V.Fast
Fairways - Normal
Mulligans - Obviously OFF!
Wind - Breezy?

And to make it fair WE ALL PLAY AS TIGER! No full stats from individual golfers!!

This is just a starting idea if people want to add then by all means but remeber not all people will have the same console or game version so were going to have to be sensible!

Me too for sure.

I have XBOX 360 and can play on Tiger woods 08 09 or 10

Rules seem pretty fair to be honest but if there is enough interest, we could have a knock out and the difficulty (wind, rough, pins etc) could get harder as the tourny progresses!

i'll keep my eye on this one!

I would probably be interested in this. I have Tiger Woods 08 and 09 on the 360 and I should think I will get '10 next pay day. I may need to renew my live membership though, it's been so long since I played on it it has probably run out!

based on info given proposed groupings could be

PLAYING 09
mattyb0y + Ste_Denial + TheEagalHunter

PLAYING 10 (as these have it at present)
GB72 + TonyN

This post will be edited if anybody else wants to join and for those intrested when do u think entry shud run too? Weekend and play next week or the next few days?

Some good intrest in this il give it till thursday and then create a seperate forum with proposed pairings... i would do it at the weekend but im away at a society meeting in wolverhampton!

Il try and work on groupings of 3's and 2's depending on the numbers!
