You can't blame Rooney or Barry, the whole England team were rubbish. How many times did Joe Hart kick the ball out for it to go straight to a Montenegro player? That's not to blame Hart, the defenders and midfield were bereft of ideas to bring the ball forward out of defence.They even lost possession at throw ins.

We may of got through but stand no chance at all of progressing much further!

Another shocking performance and now we've qualified will set the hype that we can win it. All it will do is show us to be a very average side lacking in ideas, creativity and the ability to retain possession or defend. Rooney will probably miss all the group games as Uefa decide the length of ban so not guaranteed to be a one match suspension and I'm guessing they'll make an example of him.

As it was mentioned in another thread, it is not necessary the "fans" who hype up the national teams but more from the press, most of my friends and work colleagues are realistic with Englands chances at a big tournament!

But you can never go into any game/tournament expecting to lose or not do well, because if you think that way, you are beaten before you start!
