Best week of the whole process. The interview stage. Not going well for most so far!
so....back to Roisin...I would
Crass.
Haven't got into the show too much this year but last night it really came alight! The right two people are in the final, based on their achievements in the show to date and their business ideas. Have always thought Mark would win but now feel like Bianca could do it. More in line with Sugar's previous line of businesses and though Mark is a fantastic talker, think he can push it a little too far. Will be interesting to see who wins!
People who were deselected way outside the top 20 who had viable business plans must be kicking themselves. Roisin was by far the best candidate, and would have made an excellent apprentice in years gone by. Sadly, she no longer fits the current format, which is rubbish.
Mark is a manipulative twit, too far up his own bottom.
The interviews are no longer what they were, and kind of negate the point of any progress in the last 12 weeks of the process. Now it's just about business plans, you might as well do them on day one.
Oh, and CMAC, we agree on something!

As for the emphasis on business plans, what would you expect? In theory at least Lord Sugar is looking to invest £250000 in a business.
But that is why as a programme, it's not as good as the old apprentice. There is no point to any of the preceding weeks. Day one, assess the business plan, day two, choose apprentice winner. Why drag it out over 12 weeks? It makes no odds how well you do the tasks, if your business plan sucks, you shouldn't be there. It's not the same programme any more, and it's the poorer for it.
