Just like to say thanks guys, and how this forum has helped me with its tips and encouragement to others,

I only started last year, got my first H/C this year starting of at 28 now down to 24.9, broke 90 for the first time yesterday, a big boost for me, now for an 85, lots of work to do yet but feel im going in the right direction, and its great to share it on here and read about every one elses up's and downs.

Thanks for the feedback and positive comments. The credit is all yours though for taking on board what you read and making it happen. Good luck on that 85. Let us know when you do it (next week at this rate!)
