Sorry but the Union flag is red white and blue and if you're going to utilise that in the design then use the correct colours. I dread to think how much Stella McCartney got paid but its another huge sum in the increasing fiscal landslide of lost revenue that could have been used to get the country off its knees. Heck even 3p a litre off petrol would have been a start.

I would have thought best left to adidas to design but they probably didn't want milions to do the work
 
I suspect that rather than say he wanted to 'look; cool Chris Hoy said he wanted to 'be' cool.

I thought staging the Olympics was a time to blow your own trumpet not hide in the shadows leaving the spotlight to others. Red is the dominant colour in the Union Flag, use it.
