Taylormade MC OR CB

Looking into these irons. What ones are thinner on top and the less forgiving of the two. I havent had chance to get out and look at them yet so am unsure.
I dont like chunky looking clubs and currently have a set of the old MB's.
Also has anyone tried or got them? Would be good to hear your thoughts.

I read that as he is asking which has the thinner top line and less forgiving in the same sentence.

It reads like he's after a less forgiving iron.

I am interested in both. BUt i would prefer the ones that are thinner on top as i dont like to look down on chunky clubs. I currently play with MB with must be less forgiving than both of these. Therefore the thinnest on top out of these two would probably be the less forgiving. Hope this explains it a bit better.

The MC are less forgiving. The CB stands for cavity back. The TM blurb say the CB's are the most forgiving blades they have made.

MC should be a little thinner, worth a look at the MP range too, the 53 and the new 59's from Mizuno. I tried them and liked the MP 53's, also no upcharge for a custome shaft where taylormade wanted £5-6 per club. Good luck though its fun buying new stuff

I was fit for the MC's in March or April. They were very similar to the Titleist AP2s.
At first I opted for the MC's but once I found out that it would be about 4 months to get them in my configuration I decided to go for the Titlesists which came out virtually the same over two custom fit sessions.

They are a very nice club, easy on the eye and quite long.

The MC have a thinner and smaller face than the CB. I tried the MC as a comparison to the R11s and to be honest the good ones were exceptional but as with a lot of better player clubs if you don't hit the MC well they aren't the most forgiving. I have to say I'd go R11 over CB any day of the week.
