Hi i am looking into getting some new irons soon and like the look of these clubs, and i already have a r7 driver and 2011 rescue. Does anybody on this site have a set and what are they like to play with.?
Think i might have to go down to AG and get a tester.

Best thing is to go down to AG with an open mind, a strick(ish) budget and try loads. Its your money so dont be afraid to ask to try many clubs, shafts, makes, models etc.

Go and enjoy your afternoon trying clubs and only buy if your comfortable. Please report back on your experience.

Hi mate they are good irons, get a lot of distance with them. Some people say you can't work them very well but I wouldn't know where to start with working a ball so its no problem for me.

Yeah i like graphite irons , as i have wilsons i brought from the Usa about 7 years ago.
So only looking at graphite, but dont know which ones ,

I played with graphite shafts for years only to be told when I was fitted for my new irons that graphite was much too light and flexible for me. As TheCraw says, go with an open mind and try as many different shafts as you can.

In the main graphite iron shafts are for the very young, old, ladies or people who may have a lack of physical strength for some reason. You may get better performance from steel shafts.
