Tattoos

I think it's wrong to have a tattoo after a holiday romance

JIFFY.jpg

:D
I've never seen Jiffy without a fag in his hand, ( Vig - I don't mean you here!!) :o :D

I don't mind something like a football badge etc if you beleive and follow your team that strongly. The whole Robbie Williams cover every part bit doesn't look good at all. There are some really good ones though especially proper pictures. My mate has one on his back and down his arm to form one big picture and it looks good. Wouldn't get one personally

Hi,

I have 8 of them , however they are all covered up, The thing with them is they are so addictive and once you find a good artist, it is like your having your own piece of art to show people .

It's hard to explain and you either love or hate them.

Cheers

Midnight...

I can't stand them, especially on women.

The worst thing is they've just become a big fashion statement. I expect pretty soon they'll fall out of favour and a lot of fashion sheep will be footing bills to have them removed.

Read in the paper years ago about a Newcastle fan who had a large image of Andy Cole emblazoned on his arm (I think) precisely 3 days before Cole was transfered to ManU.

Tragic......

I dont mind them, each to their own, I have 10, but all out of sight with a t shirt on, most people dont even know i have any.
They mostly have a personal meaning, like the bairns names or that, dont think I would personally like them down my forearms as I like that people dont pre judge me for having them.

I've got a bunch of them and started getting them at 17 and then got a few more in different parts of the world I visited when in the Army. It's like a journey of my life really and its always a personal thing that only other tattoo'd peeps will get.

I don't get it either. All the girls where i work have them and some of these girls are stunning looking. One has even got one on her chest, ruins a cracking set of jugs imo. :D

until the last, which is on my forearm, mine had all been under the sleeve but I don't want them on my legs (no idea why), don't see the sense of them on my back where I can't see them and too hairy (too much info?) for any on my chest.

like Midnight said, finding the right artist is crucial (Shades of Gray in Hitchin).

I've got one, wifey has four. I'll get some more as soon as I think of something I'd like to get. I've never understood the folk that pick something out of a book... what if you meet someone in the pub that has the same tattoo..?

:D

Had one done on my first RAF overseas detachment in Gibraltar when I was 17. It's a pretty naff kingfisher (might be a budgie actually :o :D) on my shoulder blade.

I'd have another, more meaningful, one done to cover it up but have never got round to it.

Bobmac has a tattoo of a rabbit on his head.
From a distance it looks like a hare

Tis the season of goodwill to all men so I'll content myself with wishing you "seasons confibularities"
And btw, that's not how you spell hai.......oh yea, I see what you've done.
