So I've been 'umming' & 'arrghing' about whether or not to get a Trolley. I was open minded about whether to get a manual push or an electric trolley, so I have been searching the internet & looking for the best deal.

I had initially settled on purchasing the Motocaddy S3 Lite, however finding it in White was impossible.

I started looking on eBay and have just agreed a deal with a seller for Go Kart Electric Golf Trolley & I shall be picking it up tonight. I know there are ALOT of PRO Go Kart Forum Members who can't praise them enough.

It's the light grey model with the green & comes with the Go Kart Carry Bag as well as an 18 hole battery & charger.

He replaced the battery last year & hasn't used it much to a persistent shoulder injury which means he can no longer play golf.

So we agreed on £90 (which I feel is a fantastic price).

Not looking forward to the 160 mile round trip I'll be driving tonight to collect it but I'm looking forward to using it 2moro out on the course.

My father in law has a GoKart and it's a really good bit of kit that's never let him down. My only grip with it is that the battery (which holds the whole thing together) can be a bit of an ass to get lined up and put in properly.

Your going to love having an electric trolley and that sounds like a great price.

Cheers for the feedback all!

Picked it up and was chuffed to bits with it! Had it's 1st round out today and I am over the moon!

Not sure if it's an 18 hole or 36 hole battery, any way I can find out?

36 hole battery is bigger and nearly the width of the holder, the 18 hole battery is slim.

I really missed my gokart today. It had started to get an intermittent problem where it would stop part way through a round and then start again but not during every round. Think it may have been a switch issue as I do have a habit of flicking it off when going down hill to save power. Contacted Gokart via email on Tuesday night, Wednesday I received a call asking about the problem and to arrange collection, Thursday is was picked up.

Was offered a replacement to tide me over but it would have delayed the pickup so I opted against it. I honestly thought the replacement trolley was only available to people on the mainland (due to shipping) and was happily surprised I even get offered it. So now I am just awaiting news as to how it's going :).

Excellent customer service, excellent trolley and I have received several inquiries as to were to get them. As for getting the battery lined up. You soon get the knack of it ;)

Don't charge it for your next round and you'll soon find out when it stops working around the 5th tee ;)

I've been seriously looking at going electric. just can't make my mind up between the gokart or the ezicaddy EZi5.

I know it's a hassle dealing with the refunds etc. but I'm seriously thinking of trialling them both using their 28 return policy.

Send them an email and you will get a reply before you know it. Sandy is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

"Taking the plunge" and "Electric Trolley" in the same sentence conjures up the image of a rogue trolley trundling off towards an adjacent water hazard...

Thanks, I had another look around the site & have found the clip, you have to click on "watch video" from the front page, then select the highlighted dot " behold the fold" dot thingy.
I think watching the way the gokart folds may have just swayed my decision.

I have heard that support even for a second hand trolley is also very reasonable. Naturally not as good as it is for the original owner, but try and get support from the other big brands as a second owner. This should be good new to the OP.
