Tablet help please

As above, for some reason my tablet has started to turn itself off , various things like you tube and google store have stopped working. Tablet freezes a lot .

Is there anything i can do or is it shagged ?

I know nothing about tech so please keep help simple.😁

Factory reset is often the only way to resolve this, and even then if the tablet has had a recent update that may not fix it.

A lot will depend on make and age ofc.

Trying downloading cc cleaner and Get rid of some of the junk.
If not try factory reset as already advised.

Excuse me if you've already been down this route, but have you Googled/Youtubed your Tablet's problems? Have had a couple of similar but less serious issues and the web has provided the answer.

So a 2015 Android tablet with Lollipop, is it still on Lollipop or has it been upgraded?
I'm still thinking a factory reset is the best bet, I've had to do that with my Nexus a couple of times.

All sorted, did the reset and then loaded the apps up again.
